We are really excited about our new 2 BHK flat at Abode M J Lakeview. The built-up area is between 1065 and 1240 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. We booked it because it’s a gated community with a massive 15,000 sq.ft clubhouse and a gymnasium. The location in Ameenpur is developing, and it’s close to the Bachupally Metro, making commuting easier. The price for our flat was around 70 Lakhs, which fit our savings. We did notice some dust and construction noise on site, but that's expected with an under-construction project. We are hoping for a December 2027 completion.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Abode M J Lakeview. I liked that it's a 100% Vastu compliant project with tranquil lake views. I've booked a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1200 sq.ft, which felt right for a fit home. The price was around 68 Lakh. The project by Abode Developeis still under construction, expected to be completed by December 2027. They have a massive 15,000 sq.ft clubhouse and a reading lounge, which are nice features. The only downside I've noticed is that the parking spaces seem a bit tight for larger vehicles. Otherwise, the overall feel of the community and the surrounding greenery is very calming.

Finding a home with good amenities for the kids was key. Abode M J Lakeview has a dedicated kid's pool and a nice play area, plus the 42% greenery is a plus. It's also convenient that Kennedy Global School is only about 6 kilometeaway, and Medicover Hospitals is nearby too. We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which are quite large, ranging from 1375 to 1480 sq.ft. The overall budget for these is between 75 Lakh and 88 Lakh. The project is still under construction, finishing in December 2027. My only real worry is the road access to the main areas; it can get a bit congested during peak times.

A slight concern is the distance to the metro stations, with Miyapur Metro being about 6.5 kilometeaway. We also hope the promised 24x7 water supply is consistent.

The tranquil lake views and the 42% greenery were a big draw for me, especially coming from a busy city. I am looking at the 1375 sq.ft 3 BHK flat. The project is under construction, with completion expected in December 2027, which gives me some time. The Vastu compliance is also important for me. The main concern for me is the potential traffic during peak hougetting to HITEC City. Also, the price point is at the higher end of my budget.
