This should be enough room for our growing family. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in January 2028. The main concern is the traffic on Dr Bhapkar Marg during peak hou, but we feel the proximity to school outweighs this.

While the project looks promising, the access road for the last 200 metecould be better; it's a bit narrow and might get congested easily, especially with deliveries. However, the overall space and planned amenities are attractive for a family home.
