Having amenities like a children's play area and a cycling track is great for us and our kids. It's ready to move, so we could shift immediately after purchase. The location near Urwa is quite convenient. One concern we have is the parking space; it feels a little tight, especially when guests visit. However, the overall build quality and the layout of the flats are impressive. We are happy with the decision to buy here.
