    As a young IT couple, we wanted something modern and well-connected. Abira Oriana's location in Raja Bazar is great, close to Sealdah Metro Station, nearby. We bought a 2 BHK, around 1095 square feet, which is perfect for us. The price was around 95 Lakhs. We appreciate the lift facilities and the power backup. The construction looks solid. It was ready to move in, so we could settle in quickly. Abira Nirman Udyog Ltd. Seems to be a reputable developer. The only drawback is that parking can feel a bit congested if you have more than one vehicle.
