I purchased a plot at ABI Monarch because it is a ready to move in project. The availability of plots with areas between 590 Sq.ft and 1354 Sq.ft means I can plan my future home according to my needs. Being a Vastu compliant layout was also important to me. The amenities like 24X7 Water Supply and street lighting are practical. My main concern is the distance to the Airport Metro Station at nearly 14 kilomete, which might be a bit inconvenient for frequent travel. However, the proximity to the hospital and the overall peaceful environment of the gated community outweigh this.

Badalchand Sugankavur Chordia Vivekananda Vidyalaya Tambaram Corporation, nearby, which is perfect for my children. The project offeresidential plots ready to move in, with sizes from 590 Sq.ft to 1354 Sq.ft. I appreciated the Vastu compliant design and the provision for a children's play area within the gated community. The availability of 24X7 Water Supply is a basic necessity that is met here. While the project itself is good, the internal roads could be better maintained. Dust can be an issue during dry spells. Otherwise, it’s a decent place to build a future home.
