We were looking for a quiet place to settle down after retirement and ABI Infra Ashraya seemed like a good fit. The villas have good built-up areas, like our 3 BHK which is around 1500 square feet, quite spacious. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The location on Mettupalayam Road is decent, though getting onto the highway takes a few minutes. The develope, ABI infrastructure, have included a children's play area which is nice even though we don't have young kids anymore, and 24x7 security is reassuring. Overall, a peaceful environment.

My husband and I were looking for our fit home and decided on ABI Infra Ashraya. We got a 2 BHK villa, the built-up area is about 950 square feet, which is a good size for us. We liked that it's ready to move in. The project has a children's play area and a tennis court, which is great for weekend activities. It’s located in Thudiyalur, close to Mettupalayam Road. The price point was within our budget, starting from around 10.82 Lakhs for plots. One thing we noticed is that the parking space inside the villa compound could be a little bigger if we plan to have two vehicles. But overall, we are excited to move in.

Relocating to Coimbatore for work and needed something close to the hospital. Dr. Dasarathan Memorial Hospital is only about 2 kilometeaway, which is very convenient. I picked up a 2 BHK villa, around 800 square feet, which is enough for me. The project is ready to move in, completed in December 2019, so that was good. The main drawback is the traffic on Mettupalayam Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. But the presence of a basketball court and good security makes up for it somewhat. The price range was acceptable for the area.

While the location is good, the connectivity to NH181 is about 2 kilometeaway, which is a minor inconvenience for longer drives, but manageable for daily commutes.

They really appreciate the 24x7 security and the storm water drains, which they say are well-maintained. The only small issue is the approach road can be a bit dusty sometimes, but overall they are happy with the purchase.
