ABI Estates Pvt Ltd has included amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a children's play area, which are good for security and family use. The plot is within the area range of 747 to 1130 Sq.ft. Connectivity to Manimangalam Road and Mudichur Road is accessible. However, the pricing felt a little steep for a plot in this specific locality, considering it’s not directly on a main arterial road and the Airport Metro Station is quite a distance away. I am also a bit concerned about the immediate resale value given the current market conditions in that belt. The paved compound is a plus though.
