It is conveniently located on Hoskote Malur Road, which is getting better with time. Vydehi School of Excellence is only nearby, which is great for the kids. The developer, Abhyudaya Develope, has included a cycling and jogging track which my husband uses daily. The price range from 13.2 Lakh to 26.4 Lakh is reasonable for the area. The only minor issue is that the traffic on Hoskote Malur Road can get heavy during peak hou, making commutes a bit longer than expected. Still, having a plot we can build on is a major advantage.
