The 4 BHK villas are quite spacious, with a built-up area of 3744 square feet, which is plenty of room for our family. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage for our relocation. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are great for staying active. The nearby Vikas Vidhyalay being nearby is incredibly convenient for the kids. The only slight downside is the distance to Jivraj Park Metro Station, which is over 12 kilomete, making daily commutes longer if relying on the metro.
