This seems like a reasonable valuation for a ready-to-move plot in Aurangabad, specifically in the Warud, Deolai area. The presence of a compound wall and internal roads is standard. I did notice there isn't an OC received yet, which is a slight concern for a formal investment, but since it's ready to move, I'm hoping that's just a procedural delay. Cambridge School being nearby is a bonus for future family plans.
