We finally bought our fit flat in Abhinitha Venkatesam in Ganapathy. It felt like a big step. The 2 BHK we looked at was 1025 square feet, which seemed like a good size to start with. The price was around 30.75 Lakh, which was within our budget. It is ready to move in, so we don't have to wait for construction. The location is quite convenient, especially since Vidhya Niketan Public School is right next door, which is great for us. The developer, T Ramanathan, seems to have completed this project a while back in 2012. The only thing is the road access to FCI Road felt a little busy during peak hou, but that's expected in Coimbatore.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable home in Coimbatore. I found Abhinitha Venkatesam in Ganapathy. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of 1025 square feet. The price was approximately 31 Lakh, which was affordable for me. It's a ready-to-move property, so I could settle in quickly. The inclusion of a gymnasium and multipurpose room is a nice touch for staying active and social. T Ramanathan completed this project quite some time ago, in 2012. The location on FCI Road is decent, but the Kamaraj Nagar Bus Stop is about 5 kilometeaway, so public transport isn't right at the dootep.

I picked up a 3 BHK in Abhinitha Venkatesam as an investment. The built-up area is 1575 square feet and the price point was 47.25 Lakh. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which is good for rental income generation immediately. T Ramanathan completed this project back in 2012, so it's not brand new, but the condition looked decent. The area in Ganapathy is developing, and being on FCI Road provides good connectivity. I'm hoping the rental demand will be strong given its proximity to essential services like Kongunad Hospital, which is also zero kilometeaway. The main advantage here is the immediate possession and the established location.

I chose a 2 BHK that is 1195 square feet. The price was around 35 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the convenience. It's ready to move, which made my relocation much easier. The amenities like 24x7 security and power backup are important for me as I might be working odd houT Ramanathan developed this property, and it was completed in 2012. The only minor issue is that the immediate road can get a bit dusty sometimes, but it's manageable.
