We really liked the plan for the Yoga/Meditation area and the children's play area for our kid. The proximity to SFS Academy, which is nearby, was a major factor. Although construction is expected to be completed by December 2028, the builder Abhee Ventures has a good track record. The only minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's expected.
