The 1 BHK apartments are around 406 Sq.ft which is enough for us. It's ready to move, which was a big plus. The price point between 13.71 Lakh and 19.52 Lakh was also in our budget. They have closed car parking which is essential. The location is convenient for the highway access. My only minor worry is the noise from the nearby SH-20, it can get a bit loud during peak traffic houAlso, the landscaping looks a bit basic right now.

This makes getting around easy. The school, Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madhyamik Ani Uchhmadhyamik Vidyalay, is also nearby, which is fantastic for the kids. We looked at a 2 BHK, which has a carpet area between 574 Sq.ft and 578 Sq.ft, so there is enough space. It is ready to move, so we could shift in quickly. The developer, Abhay C Jain BuildeAnd Develope, seems to have completed the project by June 2019. The only concern is the lack of official OC, which makes getting a home loan a bit tricky with some banks.
