I recently moved into ABH Prive and it's been quite convenient. The location in Beltola, Six Mile is excellent, especially being so close to GNRC Hospitals, Dispur Unit, which is a big plus for emergencies. I bought a 1385 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment and the space is good for me. The price was in the higher end of my budget, around 72.71 Lakh, but I felt it was worth it for the location and the amenities like 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. The terrace garden is a nice touch for relaxing after work. The only slight issue is the traffic on Beltola – Basistha Road during peak houcan be a bit much, but overall, I feel safe and comfortable here. The construction looks solid and it was ready to move in.

I have purchased a 3 BHK apartment in ABH Prive. The area is quite developing and it is very close to the highway, NH 713 A, which is convenient for travel. The apartment size is around 1450 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious for my family. The price point of 76.13 Lakh was acceptable given the location and the amenities provided. They have landscaping and tree planting which makes the complex look good. Security is also 24x7, which is important. However, I noticed that the Occupational Certificate (OC) was not available, which is a bit concerning for a ready-to-move property completed in April 2018. This is something that should have been sorted. Also, the road leading to the project can get dusty sometimes.

This makes weekend trips so much easier. We got a 3 BHK apartment measuring 1450 Sq.ft, and it feels quite modern and well-designed. The price was in the 72.71 Lakh to 76.13 Lakh range, which we managed within our savings and loan. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex add a nice green feel. The only minor downside is that the parking can be a bit tight if you have larger vehicles, but it's manageable. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance makes us feel secure.
