The proximity to Khudiram Metro Station is a significant advantage for occasional travel. I am looking at a 3 BHK with a carpet area of about 830 square feet. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion by March 2025. Basic amenities like lifts and power backup are important for comfort at this stage of life.
