We needed a larger home than our rental and decided on ABAD Woods Park. The 3 BHK apartments here start from 1390 Sq.ft, which is a great upgrade. We liked the idea of the clubhouse and gymnasium for weekend relaxation. The location is convenient, with Sacred Heart CMI Public School nearby, which is perfect for our children. The price range of 1.2 Cr to 1.55 Cr is manageable for us with a home loan. The only minor issue is that the Petta Metro Station is nearby, making metro access a bit of a journey. Still, it’s a good value for the space and amenities offered.

The project is also close to VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL, which is important at this stage of life. The only drawback I noticed is that the construction completion date wasn't readily available, which caused some uncertainty. The location in Kochi is good, and it's close to NH- 47A and Ettumanoor-Ernakulam Road. I really liked the amenities like the meditation deck and outdoor gym, which are great for staying active. The price was within my initial budget for a 2 BHK, around 1.2 Cr. My only concern is the parking. While they offer closed car parking, it seemed a bit cramped when I visited, which might be an issue if you have a larger vehicle or multiple caThe intercom and 24x7 security provide a sense of safety.
