Being close to Petta Metro Station, which is only about 2.03 kilometeaway, makes my daily commute much easier. The developer, ABAD Builde, has a good reputation, which gives me confidence. I am looking at one of the 4 BHK configurations, even though I live alone, because I like the idea of having extra space for guests or a home office. The area is around 3000 square feet, which is very generous. The price is on the higher side, definitely over 4 Crore, but the connectivity and the promise of good facilities like a fitness center and Wi-Fi are important to me. I hope the construction quality is as good as they say.
