The location is decent, close to S A Road and not too far from the Vytilla Junction. We considered the 3 BHK flats, which are about 2288 Sq.ft. The price range for these apartments, starting from 1.92 Crore, was a stretch for us, but we managed with a loan. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus. We appreciated the inclusion of a gymnasium and a kid's pool. However, the parking area appeaa bit cramped, which might be an issue if we have guests. The overall feel is good, though.

The 3 BHK flat we saw was 2288 Sq.ft, which felt quite large for just the two of us, but we liked the layout and the idea of having a home office. The location in Kadavanthara, Shastri Nagar is quite convenient with S A Road nearby and Vytilla Junction not too far. The price point around 1.92 Crore for this size was within our budget. Amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions. My only concern is the traffic during peak houon S A Road, it can get really congested. Otherwise, the construction looks solid and it's ready to move in.
