We looked at a 3 BHK apartment, around 1525 square feet, which gives them plenty of space. Having a gymnasium and swimming pool onsite is great, and they will definitely use the waiting lounge when guests visit. The 24x7 security and gated community aspect provides good peace of mind for us, knowing they are safe. The price point was within our budget for a property in Kochi. We are hoping the build quality holds up well over the yeafor them.

This is my fit property purchase. I chose ABAD Golden Oak because it is ready to move. I bought a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1255 square feet. The size feels comfortable for starting out. The community has a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are nice amenities to have. Security seems good with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security. The price was around 80 Lakhs, which was manageable for my fit investment.
