I bought a 3 BHK apartment, 1206 sq.ft, for around 1.2 Crore. The ready-to-move status was ideal for my urgent relocation. The project offegood amenities like a gymnasium and swimming pool, which helps in maintaining a work-life balance. The 130m wide road access is also beneficial for commuting. My only slight worry is the traffic noise sometimes due to the main road proximity.
