I bought a 3 BHK apartment, 1206 sq.ft, for around 1.2 Crore. The ready-to-move status was ideal for my urgent relocation. The project offegood amenities like a gymnasium and swimming pool, which helps in maintaining a work-life balance. The 130m wide road access is also beneficial for commuting. My only slight worry is the traffic noise sometimes due to the main road proximity.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment of 1206 sq.ft for around 1.2 Crore. The amenities like ample car parking and 24X7 water supply are practical for daily living. The proximity to NH 66 (2 KM) is good for connectivity. While the overall project is good, the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times.
