The location in Sector 73, Gurgaon, is good, close to Sohna Road and Suraj School which is a short distance. AB Realty has provided power backup and 24x7 water, which are essential for us. The price was about 3.27 Crore, which was at the top end of our budget but manageable with our savings. The project is ready to move, which was our main requirement. The environment feels quite peaceful. The only minor concern is that the roads within the colony leading to the main road could be a bit wider.
