This is my fit property purchase and I was quite nervous. I chose AB Avenue because it was ready to move, which reduced a lot of my worries. The 1 BHK flat I bought has a carpet area of 485 square feet. It’s a good size for a starting home. The developer, Vipul Bhudarbhai Dhrangadhariya, seems to have completed the project in September 2022. The proximity to K G Dholakiya School is a big plus for future planning. My only minor concern is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's manageable.
