The price was about 29 Lakh, which was at the higher end of our budget but felt justified for the size. The project is ready to move, which was crucial for us. The location near KD Public Senior Secondary School is fantastic, nearby. Having a children's play area and landscaping is great for the kids. My only concern is the parking situation; it feels a bit cramped if multiple visitoarrive at the same time. Despite that, the Vastu compliance and fire fighting system add to our peace of mind.
