I visited Aatrey Etasha last week. The location in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad is quite accessible. It is under construction and expected to be completed by December 2028. The project by Mohan Bhagwatprasad Agrawal offe2 BHK flats with carpet areas ranging from 521 to 571 square feet. The inclusion of 24/7 gated security with CCTV is a must-have for me. Also, the earthquake-resistant structure provides peace of mind. The flat size is adequate for my family. While the price details were not available, the location and amenities seem promising. I am still evaluating if this fits my budget, but the structure and security features are definitely positive points.

We are tired of paying rent and decided to finally buy our own place in Aatrey Etasha. The location in Central West, Navrangpura is decent, and it's very close to the metro station. The 2 BHK flats have a good carpet area, between 521 and 571 square feet, which is a big upgrade from our current rental. We were impressed by the fact that each block has two branded elevatoMohan Bhagwatprasad Agrawal is the developer, and we have heard good things about their quality. The only thing that concerns me slightly is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which is typical for projects under construction. But we are looking forward to moving in by December 2028.

It is located centrally in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, which is a prime area. The earthquake-resistant RCC structure is a significant plus point, showing good engineering by Kanaiyalal Motiram Patel. They mention ample parking space, which is always a relief in this part of the city. The 2 BHK flats are of a decent size, around 521 to 571 square feet carpet area. It is currently under construction, with completion expected in December 2028. I am considering it for a rental investment property.

We liked the location of Aatrey Etasha quite a bit, it is in Navrangpura, Central West Ahmedabad. It is very close to the SP Stadium Metro Station which is just nearby, making commutes easy for us. The apartments have a carpet area between 521 to 571 square feet, which feels adequate for a 2 BHK. The construction is earthquake-resistant, which is a good safety feature to have. Mohan Bhagwatprasad Agrawal seems to be putting a lot of emphasis on structural integrity. The only slight issue we've noticed is that the parking space seems a bit limited for the number of flats. Overall, it seems like a solid choice for a fit home.
