    I visited Aatrey Etasha last week. The location in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad is quite accessible. It is under construction and expected to be completed by December 2028. The project by Mohan Bhagwatprasad Agrawal offe2 BHK flats with carpet areas ranging from 521 to 571 square feet. The inclusion of 24/7 gated security with CCTV is a must-have for me. Also, the earthquake-resistant structure provides peace of mind. The flat size is adequate for my family. While the price details were not available, the location and amenities seem promising. I am still evaluating if this fits my budget, but the structure and security features are definitely positive points.

It is very close to the SP Stadium Metro Station which is just nearby, making commutes easy for us. The apartments have a carpet area between 521 to 571 square feet, which feels adequate for a 2 BHK. The construction is earthquake-resistant, which is a good safety feature to have. Mohan Bhagwatprasad Agrawal seems to be putting a lot of emphasis on structural integrity. The only slight issue we've noticed is that the parking space seems a bit limited for the number of flats. Overall, it seems like a solid choice for a fit home.
