Being ready to move in was a major advantage, and the completion was in June 2023. I appreciate the developer, Aatrey Project, focusing on amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which is important. The landscaping looks nice too. My main reason for choosing this project was its location near Amrutdham, close to Gems English Medium School which my kids attend. The price was within my budget, although I don't have the exact figures here. A minor issue is the electrical meter room is quite small, might be hard to access.
