  I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Aastha Olive for my parents who are residing in Jamshedpur. The super builtup area of 1386 Sq.ft should be comfortable for them. Aastha Buildhome DevelopePvt. Ltd. Completed the project by June 2015, and it's ready to move, so they can shift in soon. The amenities like a yoga/meditation area and ample landscaping are perfect for their needs. The gated community aspect ensures their security, which is my main concern. I believe the service lift and general maintenance will be easy for them to manage.
