It is ready to move, so we can plan our move soon. The pricing between 18 L and 75.01 L was a key factor. Kovai Pudur is a nice locality, and the landscaping around the roads makes it pleasant. The security peonnel add to the feeling of safety. One thing that we noticed is that the dust from nearby construction sites can be a bit botheome at times, but we are hoping it settles down.
