The 3 BHK flat we got is spacious, around 1395 sq.ft, giving everyone enough room. The location in Sector 4 is quite convenient, close to Ek Murti Bus Stop. Having a swimming pool and a volleyball court means the kids always have something to do. The 70% open green area is a huge bonus. The price was about 1.3 Cr. My only minor complaint is that the road leading to the main highway can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable.
