I got a 2 BHK builder floor, around 975 square feet, which is a decent size for a single professional. The price was approximately 44 Lakhs. Being ready to move was a huge advantage. The proximity to Highway 34 is beneficial for my commute. However, the dust from the ongoing development in the area can be a bit much at times. Also, finding parking can be tricky if you have guests over, as it's builder flooI am still evaluating the overall living experience but the location and space are positives.
