It's ready to move, so I can start planning my construction soon. The developer, Aashritha Properties Pvt Ltd, has included amenities like a gymnasium and a club house, which are important for me to unwind after work. The location near Alliance Univeity is decent. However, the approach road to the project from the main road isn't the best, it's a bit narrow and can get congested during peak hou, which is a slight downside for daily commuting. Overall, it's a decent option for a fit-time buyer.

My only slight concern is how dusty the approach road can be during dry weather, but we are hoping they will pave it properly soon. It’s a good start for us.

The location is convenient, with New Baldwin International School Chandapura only a 9-minute drive away and Aditi Hospital Anekal just 12 minutes. We are looking at one of the larger plots, maybe the 2790 Sq.ft one, which will be around 52.98 Lakh. It’s ready to move in. The 24x7 security and power backup are essential for us with kids. They also have a jogging track and sports facilities which will be great for everyone. The only thing is that the Maoor Gate Bus Stop is a short distance, so public transport access could be a little closer for occasional use.
