The developer, Aashritha Properties Pvt Ltd, has equipped the site with essential amenities such as 24x7 water supply, power backup, and a sewage treatment plant. The location near Dyavasandra Bus Stop is also quite accessible. The price range fits within the budget for a plot of this size in South Bangalore, between 18.78 L and 50.9 L. The project is ready to move, which means minimal waiting time. However, the internal roads and footpaths could be slightly wider, and dust from ongoing construction in the wider vicinity can be an issue sometimes, especially during dry spells. It’s a decent buy for the price.

We were looking for a plot in South Bangalore and found Aashrithaa Divine. The location near Jigani APC Circle in Dyavasandra is quite convenient. We bought an 1199 Sq.ft plot. The price range of 18.78 L to 50.9 L seemed reasonable for the area. It's a gated community with good amenities like 24X7 water supply and street lighting. The developer, Aashritha Properties Pvt Ltd, has also included storm water drains and a sewage treatment plant, which is important. It is ready to move, which was a big plus for us. The only thing is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houwhen heading towards the city, but that's common in Bangalore. Overall, we are happy with our decision.

The only minor drawback we've noticed is that water pressure can sometimes be a bit low during peak usage times, but it's generally manageable.
