I liked the idea of living in a Gated Community with Royal Charm. The developer, Aashray Group Vadodara, seemed reliable. I also liked the fact that it is ready to move in. The price was at the higher end of my budget, around 2.1 Crore, but the space and amenities like the mini theatre and gymnasium made it feel worth it. The Termite-resistant & Underground Cabling is a thoughtful detail.

The 5 BHK Villa layout is very spacious, giving each of our children their own room and a study area. The Children's Play Area is well-maintained and a great spot for them to meet other kids. Having BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital so close is also reassuring. The entrance lobby has a nice welcoming feel. The only slight concern is the traffic on Gotri Road during peak houcan be a bit much, but we are getting used to it.
