We needed a place close to VIBGYOR High for the kids and Aashish Rajni Ashish Rose Phase I fit the bill. The children's play area is a good size and seems safe. It's also quite convenient being close to Marathahalli, so getting around isn't too bad. We liked that there's a community hall available for gatherings. Power backup is a definite plus given Bengaluru's weather. The only thing is the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, especially heading towards Marathahalli. We are hoping the rain water harvesting system works well, especially with the monsoons coming.
