It's good that they have 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a fire fighting system in place, which provides peace of mind. The flat size is 800 sq.ft, which is decent for our needs. The community hall is a nice addition for gatherings. However, traffic on the main road near Shilaj can be a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider for daily commute. The price was around 60 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for Ahmedabad.
