    We finally bought our fit home in Aaryan Embassy. It is a 3 BHK apartment with 1440 Sq.ft built up area which feels very spacious for us. The price was around 92 Lakhs, which fit our budget for a ready to move in property. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The construction also seems earthquake-resistant, which is important. The location in Bopal is also good, close to SP Ring Road. I am a bit worried about the maintenance charges though, have not seen them yet. Overall, it is a good start for us. The developer, Aryan Infrabuild Pvt Ltd, seems to have completed this project a while back in January 2014.
