Aaryan Developehas kept the pricing between 2.74 Crore and 3.01 Crore which seems fair given the luxury segment this falls into. The project is currently under construction with a completion date set for December 2028. I am mainly looking at the financial viability and the gated community setup here offegood long term value. The presence of a dedicated library and business amenities like a multipurpose hall is a nice touch for working professionals. I am still reviewing the payment schedule before I finalize my token amount but the initial impression of the site planning is definitely strong.

We have been living in rented flats for yeaand finally decided to buy our own home at Aaryan Aranyam. It is a big commitment but we really liked the open feel of the 4 BHK layout. The carpet area of 2497 square feet is just huge compared to what we have seen elsewhere. We are looking forward to using the swimming pool and the library.
