Proximity to MIDAS HOSPITAL (0.3 km) and Narayana Vidyalayam are also positives. The only drawback I noted is the closed car parking spaces might feel a bit cramped for larger vehicles. However, the overall infrastructure and the fact that it is ready for possession are significant advantages for buyeseeking immediate occupancy.
