Its ready-to-move status and completion back in 2013 mean it's an established property. The price of 14.4 Crore onwards is steep, but consistent with the South Delhi location. Amenities like the spa, swimming pool, and gymnasium are attractive. However, the lack of readily available OC information was a slight drawback in my due diligence. The nearby accessibility to Ring Road is good for connectivity, but the traffic can be intense.

Our main concern is the traffic noise, especially during peak hou, as it's quite close to major roads like Ring Road. However, the security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance provide some peace of mind.
