Princelands Developehave ensured good safety with CCTV surveillance and a fire fighting system. The 2 BHK apartments have built-up areas between 1047 and 1114 square feet, which seems adequate. The price range of 41.88 Lakh to 44.56 Lakh is reasonable for the facilities offered. I am hoping the construction quality is as good as they claim. The proximity to the School of Scholais also a benefit, even though I don't have children, it speaks to the area's development. The completion date of May 2027 is a bit far off.
