The price of 64.9 Lakh seemed fair for a property in Noida. I was particularly interested in the amenities like the swimming pool and the golf coue, although I haven't used the golf coue much yet. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security. The location in Sector - 106 is accessible. Overall, it seems like a decent investment for the future.
