The only slight downside is that the access road is a bit narrow.

Construction is ongoing, with completion expected by December 2027. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, but that's expected. The main issue we anticipate is the commute; Vasudev Nagar Metro Station is over 6 kilometeaway, which might make daily travel a bit challenging.
