Tired of paying rent, we decided to buy our own place at Aaradhya Pearl. The 2 BHK flats, measuring 1140 sq.ft built-up, are a significant upgrade from our previous rental. The price starting at 39.9 Lakh was achievable for us. We liked that the project is ready to move in, so we could settle immediately after purchase. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for us. The location in Chandshi is peaceful. The only thing is the access road to the project is quite narrow, which can be a bit difficult during peak times or when bringing in larger vehicles. We also noted the lack of OC.
