The location is strategic, close to the Old Mumbai highway and the Mumbai Pune Expressway, which is great for accessibility. They have included amenities like Landscaping & Tree Planting and Water Conservation, which is nice. The main concern for us is the parking situation, as commercial hubs can get very crowded. We need to check if there is adequate parking space for clients and staff.
