We looked at a few options in Gota and settled on Aanira One because of its planned amenities and the overall look of the project. It is still under construction, expected completion is December 2026. The 4 BHK configuration is very large, 4050 square feet, perhaps more than we actually need right now, but it gives us room to grow. The price starting at 2.5 Crore is a bit steep for my government salary, but we managed with a home loan. The connectivity is decent, Gota Circle is a short distance and Vadaj Metro Station is nearby. My only concern is the dust and traffic on Vedant Hospital Road currently due to ongoing construction in the area. Hopefully, that improves once the project is fully developed and the roads are better maintained. The developer, Aanira Group, has some good architectural awards.

The project is still under construction with a target completion date of December 2026. The 4 BHK flats are very spacious at 4050 square feet built up. The developer, Aanira Group, has included several amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and a kid's pool, which my family will appreciate. The price is on the higher side, starting from 2.5 Crore, but the proximity to my workplace and the quality of construction, which looks solid so far, makes it a worthwhile investment for me. I'm looking forward to the landscaping and tree planting.

The project is located in Gota, on Vedant Hospital Road. The 4 BHK flat we booked is 4050 square feet, which feels massive, offering ample space for our two children and us. Aanira Group has planned several family-friendly amenities, including a kid's pool and a playground area, along with a gazebo and extensive landscaping. The construction is ongoing, with an expected completion in December 2026. The price starts at 2.5 Crore. The area around the project is still developing, and road access could be a bit smoother, but overall, we are happy with the spaciousness and the thoughtful amenities for children. The water softener plant is also a nice touch for the city.

While the price is substantial, the potential for appreciation in this part of Ahmedabad seems good, especially with facilities like a skating rink and gymnasium. The nearby SGVP International School and Apollo Intl. Are nearby, indicating good social infrastructure development. My only reservation is the lack of immediate OC received status, which is typical for under-construction projects, but something buyeshould be aware of. It’s a calculated risk for a good return.
