My 3 BHK flat is 753 square feet built up, which feels spacious enough for me. I really appreciate the RO water system provided in the apartment, it’s a great amenity. The building also has 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a security cabin, which makes me feel safe, especially living alone. The entrance lobby is quite well-maintained. The only slight issue is that sometimes the traffic near Waghodia Chokdi can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a decent place.
