We needed a place with space for our kids and close to schools. Aanandha in Solan offea 1 BHK apartment with 700 square feet built-up area. The price of 26.95 Lakh is manageable for us. Northwest Estates has provided a children's play area which is great, and the earthquake resistant structure gives us peace of mind. Being ready to move in was also a key factor. The location near Dharmapur Train Station is convenient, but I've noticed the area can get a bit dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor drawback. Also, the sewage treatment plant is a good eco-friendly feature. We are hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.

The price of 26.95 Lakh onwards is reasonable for the area. It’s ready to move, so they could shift in immediately after we finalized. The proximity to Dharmapur Train Station is a big advantage for them if they need to travel. They have basic amenities like lifts and a sewage treatment plant, which are functional. I hope the internal roads and footpaths are well-kept. I haven't seen the OC received status, which is a bit of a worry, but they seem to have basic necessities covered.
