    We needed a place with space for our kids and close to schools. Aanandha in Solan offea 1 BHK apartment with 700 square feet built-up area. The price of 26.95 Lakh is manageable for us. Northwest Estates has provided a children's play area which is great, and the earthquake resistant structure gives us peace of mind. Being ready to move in was also a key factor. The location near Dharmapur Train Station is convenient, but I've noticed the area can get a bit dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor drawback. Also, the sewage treatment plant is a good eco-friendly feature. We are hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.
