We just moved into Aamrakunj Ayan a few weeks ago. My husband works in the IT sector, so the location in Chandkheda was a big draw. It is pretty close to the metro stations, which is convenient for commuting. We got a 3 BHK, around 843 square feet built up. The price was about 84.66 Lakh which was within our budget. The apartment feels spacious enough for us right now. The gymnasium is decent and we plan to use it regularly. The only slight issue is the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be a bit much. Otherwise, the construction quality looks good and the landscaping is quite nice.

The price point was reasonable for the location in Chandkheda, falling within the 84.66 Lakh to 93.31 Lakh range. I really liked the central garden and the jogging track; it’s a great place to unwind after work. The security features like fire sprinkleand fire fighting systems are reassuring. However, parking is a bit of a challenge here. If you have a large vehicle or more than one car, it can feel quite cramped. The building management is responsive though.

The central garden with the jogging track is a great feature for evening walks with the family. The building has Vastu-compliant designs, which my mother-in-law insisted on. While Apollo Hospital is nearby, the proximity to the metro stations like Chandkheda Metro Station (2.5 KM) and Motera Stadium Metro Station (2.7 KM) is a definite advantage for getting around the city quickly. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment measuring 843 Sq.ft built up. The price was around 84.66 Lakh. The swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained, which is important for me. The area is developing, which is nice to see, but some of the internal roads are narrow. The waiting lounge is a nice touch for guests.
