We decided on a 3 BHK villa in Aambesten Twin Clarus primarily because of its proximity to Spah Global School, nearby. The children's play area and the swimming pool were also big draws for my kids. The overall area of the villas is spacious, with the 4 BHK being 2325 sq ft. The price range from 43.02 Lakh to 1.36 Crore is competitive for this part of Greater Noida. The 24x7 water supply and security are essential for family living. It is a gated community with good landscaping. The only concern is the lack of OC received yet, which makes us a bit hesitant.
