  We were specifically looking for a home close to good schools, and Aakar Shree Kunj Residency ticked that box. Som Lalit School is literally a minute away, which is a dream for us. The 4 BHK flat we are considering has a substantial carpet area of 1745 Sq.ft, offering plenty of room for our two children. The fact that it is ready to move in is a huge relief, meaning no long waiting periods. The proximity to SP Stadium Metro Station is also a bonus for quick travel. However, being in Navrangpura, the noise levels from the main road can be a bit high at times, especially during the day. We are still evaluating, but the location and space are definitely appealing for our family.

  I recently purchased a 4 BHK apartment at Aakar Shree Kunj Residency in Navrangpura. The carpet area of 1745 Sq.ft is very generous, providing ample space for my family. It’s a ready-to-move-in property, which suited my timeline perfectly. The location is fantastic; it's right opposite the Samved Hospital Lane and very close to Som Lalit School, making it convenient for daily routines. The SP Stadium Metro Station being just a minute away is another significant advantage for connectivity across the city. The developer, Aakar Builde, seems to have a good reputation. I haven't faced any major issues so far, but the parking situation might become a bit tight during gatherings. Overall, a good buy in a prime Ahmedabad location.

The 4 BHK flats here come with a large carpet area of 1745 Sq.ft, which feels quite luxurious for a single peon, but offegreat flexibility. It’s ready to move in, which saves a lot of hassle. The best part is the connectivity – Som Lalit School and SP Stadium Metro Station are just a minute away. This makes my daily commute and running errands much simpler. The area around Swastik Society is quite established. My only reservation is the lack of information about amenities provided by Aakar BuildeI hope they have good facilities within the complex.

The 4 BHK flat we saw had a carpet area of 1745 Sq.ft which is quite large for us. Being ready to move in was a huge plus. The location is very convenient with Som Lalit School just a minute away, which is perfect for future planning. We also liked that the SP Stadium Metro Station is also very close by, making commutes easier. The only thing we are a little worried about is the traffic in Navrangpura, it can get quite bad during peak houOther than that, it feels like a solid choice for our fit home in Ahmedabad.

Being opposite Samved Hospital Lane is also a plus. However, I found the immediate surroundings to have a fair amount of dust due to ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor concern. Despite that, the overall location and the size of the apartment are very attractive.
