We purchased this 3 BHK apartment in Aakar Rajal Heights for my parents who live in Nashik. The location in Dwarka, Anusuya Nagar is quite convenient for them, especially being so close to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital. Rangubai Junnare High School is also right there, which is good if they ever need to visit someone with kids. The carpet area is 576 Sq.ft, which is a decent size for them. I liked that it is ready to move, so they could shift in soon after completion in July 2019. The developer, Aakar Enterprises, seems to have a decent track record. One small thing is that the Anusaya Nagar Takli Road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but overall it's a good location.
